Earplugs During Our Worship?

I've been known to wear earplugs during church worship times. Many times. I would suggest earplugs for anyone who has hyperacusis, misophonia (misofonia), sensitivity to sharp drum sounds, sensitivity to certain drums (whether it be the snare drum, the bass drum, the hi-hat, or whatever), 4S (a term used to describe sound sensitivity), ADD, ADHD, or one of various anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

I have used Flents earplugs (manufactured by Apothecary Products), HEAROS Xtreme Protection NRR 33, and Mack's Ultra SafeSound earplugs NRR 32. Most often, I use Flents NRR 33.
